Budget Approved for 2025/26

The Council has approved a budget for the financial year 2025/26 and set a council tax precept of £15-50 for Band D properties. This is the equivalent of 30 pence a week. Despite increasing cost pressures due to inflation this is the sixth consecutive year there has been no increase to the precept. This has been achieved by using reserves to balance the budget. The precept will generate an income of £97000 which will fund the Town Council activities.
